No bartering this time. Looks more like one of her male buddies his suffering from epididymal hypertension (google it). Fortunately due to Ellies previous bartering expertise (and surprising flexibly) she’s willing to offer a helping hand (and foot, and mouth) to the issue at hand. Now that’s a true friend.
